1 Month Intensive Mentorship
This Course will allow you to meet with Deja Monae 4 times in the month for a 2 hour business call each week.
Week 1
- Initial Discovery Call
- Discuss your current business challenges, goals, and areas for growth.
- Identify key focus areas for the VIP day.
- Pre-work assignment: Gather business documents, financials, and marketing plans for review.
- Review current business model, operations, financials, and marketing strategy
week 2
- Vision Clarification & Goal Setting
- Define your business vision and future trajectory.
- Establish long-term and short-term goals with clear timelines.
Target goals. IE: Leave 9-5 plan of action, earn 10k per month plan of action
Week 3
- Business Systems & Automation
- Identify opportunities to implement automation tools and systems for efficiency.
- Discuss ways to optimize business processes for scalability.
- Audit current branding, website, and online presence.
Week 4
- Revenue Streams & Business Credit
- Explore new revenue streams, partnerships, and business credit opportunities.
- Review strategies to leverage OPM (Other People’s Money) using EIN for business growth

- Summarize key takeaways from the month.
- Create a detailed action plan with next steps, deadlines, and accountability
Post-Coaching Support
- 30-Day Follow-Up Call (1 hour):
- Review progress on the action plan.
- Address any new challenges or questions.
- Provide additional insights for growth and troubleshooting.
